Do you want to be trained, on-the-job, to support our (international) customers with the implementation and use of our crew management software? Then we are looking for you!

Here’s what your job description looks like
As an application consultant you will be involved with:

  • handling and distributing support questions;
  • supervising implementation processes for new and existing customers;
  • providing training for new and existing customers and;
  • taking care of- and keeping, documentation up to date, such as release notes and manuals.

You start off with an on-the-job training with the aim of getting to know the ins and outs of the software application and our customers. After this you start handling support questions regarding our Seacrew application (www.seacrew.com). In collaboration with colleagues you work on new projects to further develop yourself as an application consultant. Ultimately, you will work independently. Much of the work is carried out remotely, but you will also regularly be on location with the customer, both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Thanks to your excellent communication skills, analytical insight and your perseverance, you can successfully complete your work with a satisfied customer as a result.

Your qualifications

  • You have HBO work and thinking level.
  • Affinity with and / or training in IT is a plus as is help desk experience or experience with application support.
  • You have knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both in word and writing.
  • You master Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • You have commercial insight.
  • You are involved, service and customer oriented, efficient and accurate.
