Job application and privacy

When you apply for a position at Anker Insurance Company (AIC), you provide us with personal data, such as your date of birth, level of education and work experience. Your privacy is important to us and we process your data in accordance with the privacy laws and regulations.

By submitting your application, you give your consent to the storage of data for the purpose of the recruitment process. This also applies to information you may provide verbally or in writing during the process.

We will process your data as confidential and will only use it for the purpose of the recruitment process. Access to this data is restricted to the relevant HR personnel and those taking part in the job interview.

We will not provide your data to third parties unless we are required to do so by law. At any time you can request to review, correct or remove your data. To do so, please send an e-mail to We will respond as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks.

Should you not be employed by AIC, we will delete your data no later than four weeks after the end of the recruitment process. If we would like to keep your data for a longer period, we will request permission to do so by email. With your permission, we will keep your application data for a period of maximum one year after the end of the recruitment process.
