Precautions with regard to the coronavirus
Anker Insurance Company too has taken precautions with respect to the coronavirus decease (Covid-19) spread that may affect our reachability. We do our utmost to guarantee our services the best we can. It may occur that you have to wait for a reply from our side longer than you are used to with us. Occupation
All staff of Anker Insurance Company is working from home as from this date. For a few of us, this may give some starting problems. We expect to have this fixed in the course of this week. It may happen that you cannot reach us by phone sometimes. Or that you will be connected with someone other than your contact person. We ask your patience for this.

Basicly, we have the same facilities at home as in the office. We will handle your questions as soon as possible. However, it may occur that you will have to wait a bit longer for a reply than you are used to.
